Foreman Hooks Collaboration

Hi Guys,

So I wanted to get people opinions on having a central repo to collaborate
around foreman_hooks? It could be kind of similar to community_templates
but for foreman_hooks, but hopefully it could also be a good source for
ideas for new plugins.

For example I've written a hook that uses foreman_bookdisk and the HP iLO
API to automate provisioning physicals and thought it would be good to
share it with the community.

Sounds excellent. Does it make sense to host those in commuity_templates
itself (either a subdir or a separate branch)?

We have so many repos, I think in this case the foreman_hooks/example
subdir would be the best fit.

Our planet.theforeman.org looks like the great place, but there's a
snag. It does not exist

Idea: I will ask my students to apply for this kind of project.
