foreman-installer package release pipeline failed:

This looks like fallout from the Foreman/Puppetserver migration (Puppetserver migration) and I broke sudo for the builder.
Somehow it appears sudo::conf does not end up in the sudo config. Possibly a regression in the sudo module we use.
Turns out it was different, but this should fix it:
