foreman-installer source release pipeline failed:

Looks like we’ll need to pin:

18:18:32  Resolving dependencies...
18:18:32  Fetching rake 13.0.1
18:18:32  Installing rake 13.0.1
18:18:32  Gem::RuntimeRequirementNotMetError: rake requires Ruby version >= 2.2. The
18:18:32 current ruby version is 2.0.0.
18:18:32 An error occurred while installing rake (13.0.1), and Bundler cannot continue.
18:18:32  Make sure that `gem install rake -v '13.0.1' --source ''`
18:18:32  succeeds before bundling.
18:18:32  In Gemfile:
18:18:32 rubocop was resolved to 0.50.0, which depends on
18:18:32 rainbow was resolved to 2.2.2, which depends on
18:18:32        rake

Though I have no idea why this suddenly shows up since Rake 13 has been out since November 2019. passed without change so I’m going to ignore this unless it shows up more often.
