Foreman installs data from wrong server

Problem:
Hi all!

I’ve discovered a server as I do with all physical server installs. Then I add it to foreman with the correct configuration and reboot and install. That has worked well for me even during my current server installations. One server however does not want to pick up the correct data. I’ve added it with its name; servera and the corresponding data.

However when I PXE boot and start the installation it configures hostname of serverb. I tried deleting the host but somehow the data is still saved within Foreman because I’m unable to run the discovery image again…

To mitigate this, I had to manually edit the /var/lib/dhcpd/dhcp.leases file. My question now is, would there have been a better way to deal with this? Have you experienced this before?

Thanks for any suggestions!
