Foreman Katello new repository on product not visible

Problem:
Hello,
i try to configure foreman with katello

i create a new product i created a new product zith some repository
setup activation key for this product OK
setup content view for this prodcuct ok

all is ok on my client.
Expected outcome:

but when i tried to add new repos on this product
the new repos don’ t appear on my client.

subscription-manager resfresh
do no change.

rergenerate metada on GUI , no change
test on new client only the first version of repos.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman version 1.23.1
katello-3.13.2-1
