com/puppetlabs/puppetserver/JRubyPuppetResponse has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

I wrote Fixes #37291 - Use explicit java on RH with Puppetserver 8 · theforeman/puppet-puppet@b608826 · GitHub but somehow AlmaLinux is still failing. I don’t understand why because AlmaLinux should fall within the Red Hat OS family.
