it looks like all versions of Foreman are broken by EPEL7 update of
Passenger which changed paths. Our SELinux rules are not valid therefore
the Web UI does not start.
Symptoms: Cannot start up web app, permission error on a temp file.
Passenger processes are in httpd_t context instead of passenger_t.
Workaround: Set to Permissive until we deliver a fix.
Do not update passenger from EPEL on production instances if you want to
stay SELinux Enforced.
