Foreman provision image base VM failed while vCenter continues cloning and finishes

Problem:
foreman provision image base VM via vCenter failed with error “Failed to create a compute instance uitwluot07 Connection reset by peer”

Expected outcome:
since Vcenter actually continues and finishing cloning from template - it does not look like vCenter is the problem

Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman-proxy-1.15.6-1.el7.noarch

Foreman 1.15 is extremely old and no longer supported, 1.23 is the latest version.
It is most likely that if this is a bug in Foreman it has been fixed already in one of the newer releases. Please try upgrading to a recent version and see if the problem persists.
