Foreman-proxy vs smart-proxy

Hi all,

Does anyone could help me to understand the difference between foreman-proxy and smart-proxy?

We use a single foreman instance and for DHCP they are different options, before we tried with foreman-proxy (based on isc) but now we are trying with smart-proxy. However I cannot see any smart-proxy log file for DHCP/DNS, is there any parameter we should set?

One is the name for the core project (git repo) and the other is the name for the packaged version. There are referring to the same thing.
