Foreman-tasks high memory utilization

Problem:
Hello,
We have foreman version 1.14.3 installed and recently we see that foreman-tasks process takes up all the available memory of the system.
We have 64GB memory on the foreman server.
Is it a known issue for this version?

There have been some performance issues that have been improved in newer versions of foreman-tasks, however it is hard to tell without further details if this is related or not.
Do you have any further details as to which tasks cause the memory exhaustion?
