How did you install Foreman? In any case, it's probably not going to use
your system pg gem, and it needs to be installed by bundler in foreman's
vendor subdirectory. (Or the relevant rpm/deb if you installed from
packages.)
Please let us know how you installed and we can give you further
instructions.

I used this to install pg — gem install pg
–with-pg-config=/usr/pgsql-9.1/bin/pg_config It appeared to install fine.Any suggestions?
