Foreman url page does not load / UI is not shown up

Problem: Foreman URL page does not load or keep loading
/var/log/foreman/production.log is all filled with the following content ( Rails cache backend: File )
OS version: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server (7.9)

Expected outcome: Foreman UI must load

Foreman and Proxy versions: 2.4.1

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

Distribution and version: -2.4.1-1.el7

Other relevant data: Please may you help or advise with the above issue/information.

Try dropping all the browser cache. Also, is this an installation performed by the foreman-installer? Any plugins installed?
