Foreman Version 3.1.2 Doesnt have sc-param sub command in hammer cli

Problem: Installed new Foreman version 3.1.2 but doesnt have sc-param sub command in hammer cli

Expected outcome: Need sc-param sub command in hammer cli

Foreman and Proxy versions: 3.1.2

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

Distribution and version: Centos 7.9

Other relevant data:
Installed Foreman version 3.1.2 on CentOS 7 and installed hammer pulgins as well but when trying to run “hammer sc-param” command its giving below error

Error: No such sub-command ‘sc-param’.

See: ‘hammer --help’.

So please let me know how I could install or configure the hammer cli plugin so I could have sc-param sub command.

sc-param command comes from hammer-cli-foreman-puppet plugin, do you have it installed?
