Foreman Web Console change

Problem:
Can i and where can i change user login for the Web Console?
I would like to change from root to an other user to start the Web Console. Is there a config file where i can change it?

Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman-3.2.1
katello-4.4.1
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

Distribution and version:
Centos 7.9
Other relevant data:

It should honor the connection user setting in remote execution settings and remote_execution_ssh_user variable.

Hi, i already did that. Remote job is executed with that user but cockpit (web console) still with root?
