Foreman wont sync CentOS 9 repo

Problem: My CentOS BaseOS and Appstream repo wont sync in foreman. Im new to foreman.

The sync stops at 7% at gives me the message “Request timed out for https://mirror.stream.centos.org/9-stream/AppStream/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml. Increasing the total_timeout value on the remote might help.” I increased all the timeouts to 7200, but it wont help

Expected outcome: Repo sync

Foreman and Proxy versions: Foreman 3.12 Katello 4.14

Distribution and version: CentOS 9

Try the HTTP variant, it works for me:
