Forklift Katello LANG Error

Problem:
Forklift Katello / Foreman Install fails

Expected outcome:
Working Vagrant VM

Foreman / Katello version:
Foreman 1.19
Katello 3.8

Other relevant data:
Just cloned forklift and started with
vagrant up centos7-katello-3.8

Error Message says:

cmd: foreman-installer -v --scenario katello --disable-system-checks --foreman-admin-password changeme
stderr: The LANG environment variable should not be set to C

Tried the quick-and-dirty solution. At first it didn’t work but after destroying the vagrant machine and recreating it was possible to install without problems.
