Hammer CLI 0.1.4 released

Hammer CLI 0.1.4 was released. RPM and DEB packaged are available in our
nightly repositories.

The release contains

new commands for managing external user groups and LDAP auth sources
export to YAML and JSON
name to id resolution for associated resources
improved handling of credentials
new translations (zh_CN, de, it, pt_BR, zh_TW, ru, ja, ko)
