Hammer CLI 0.2.0 released

Hammer CLI 0.2.0 was released. RPM and DEB packaged are available in our
nightly repositories.

The release contains some long awaited features

Commands for managing host's interfaces
Support for smart variables and override values
Commands for manipulation with Settings

and several bugfixes.

It's also going to be part of Foreman 1.8.0 as it helps support the new
networking features. 1.8 is being released later today.
