Help with VM not booting successfully

Problem : In Vmware Workstation 15 , i am trying to provision a centos vm but the is VM not booting properly , stuck in loop : automatically booting in 10,9 … after it reaches 0 it repeats again from 10 …

Expected outcome : To provision and boot normally

Foreman and Proxy versions : 1.23.1

Distribution and version : Centos 1908 7.7
