Found ticket that says it should already be implemented, but it was a long time ago and some things may have changed since. ( Feature #777: "Audit log" should log Host/Class association changes - Foreman )
I’m hoping this is a feature that i just haven’t found the option to enable yet, as i’m intending to add some more sensitive servers to foreman that, due to internal regulations, require auditing of almost everything that touches them.

If this isn’t available right now, is there somewhere i should open a feature request instead?

That sounds like a bug, please open a report on redmine. It also might be that it is recorded but not displayed on the audits page.

Hello! Is there any news about this bug?
We are using Foreman 3.2.1 and seems the bug hasn’t resolved yet. There are no records about deletetion of class, though information about applying class on the host presists in DB.
