Host CNAME creation

Based on the issue located here:
Feature #17879: Add DNS CNAME entry for nsupdate - Smart Proxy - Foreman

It looks like we can create CNAME's for hosts? I can't find where to do
that in the interfaces dialogue. Am I looking in the wrong location?

Our API endpoint did not change, just provide CNAME type. It's in /dns
path, search in dns_api.rb.

Lukas - I think Justin is expecting the CNAME api to be exposed in the UI.
There's an open PR for this?
