Problem:
I don’t have the “python38-psycopg2-2.9.1-1.el8.x86_64” rpm , but the program need to install the “python38-psycopg2-2.9.1-1.el8.x86_64” when I exec “foreman-installer”
Expected outcome:
Succeed for exec foreman-installer
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman Version : 3.1.2
Distribution and version:
CentOS-Steam-8
Problem Distribution:
When i install Foreman use the “foreman-installer” command. The error like this :
- package python38-pulpcore-3.16.3-1.el8.noarch requires python38-psycopg2 >= 2.9.1, but none of the providers can be installed
Then I use dnf list to list the python38-psycopg2. Only have the version of 2.8.4-4 in the AppStream :
~]# dnf list| grep python38-psycopg2
python38-psycopg2.x86_64 2.8.4-4.module_el8.5.0+742+dbad1979 appstream
python38-psycopg2-doc.x86_64 2.8.4-4.module_el8.5.0+742+dbad1979 appstream
python38-psycopg2-tests.x86_64 2.8.4-4.module_el8.5.0+742+dbad1979 appstream
~]# dnf module provides python38-psycopg2
