Problem:
I would like to install Cloud Linux 9 via iPXE on VMware
Expected outcome:
It should work like work for Ubuntu 22.04
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 3.3.1 (I know it is an ancient version. This is a highly productive environment and there is no time. As always)
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
Distribution and version:
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (I know will be EOL soon)
Can someone please tell me which template will be used first if the following is set:
- Provisioning Method → Boot disk
- PXE loader → None
One of these four or something different?
- Boot disk Grub2 EFI - generic host
- Boot disk iPXE - generic host
- Boot disk iPXE - generic static host
- Boot disk iPXE - host
