When starting an AWS instance without an elastic ip address, the Properties and NIC tabs on the host’s preview page (and also in the interface page) are not updated as would be expected. They show the public ip address of the instance when it was first created rather than the current public ip address.
There is another tab called VM that has the correct information, however the Properties and NIC tabs on the host’s preview page (and also in the interface page) should be in sync with the details in the VM tab as displaying an old public ip address is very misleading.
