You can add this line to /etc/foreman-installer/custom-hiera.yaml and run foreman-installer to apply it.

Increasing the timeout seems to have done the trick, thanks all for the help.

I still see the issue after DynaFlow update , what log we shoudl look for PUMA error ?

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /hosts .

Reason: Error reading from remote server

production.log has no errors
