Jenkins upgrade on Weds or Thurs

An important security update is due for Jenkins tomorrow, Weds 24th Feb.
I'll be upgrading it as soon as possible, which depending on the
timing, will be on Weds or Thursday.

Any new jobs will be paused during the upgrade and it'll resume after.
I'll drop an e-mail or message to #theforeman-dev during the upgrade.

Builds are now paused, I'll upgrade it in the next half an hour.
