Jenkins upgrade, Weds 9th Dec

Tomorrow (Weds 9th Dec), I'll update Jenkins to the latest LTS release
as a security fix has been pre-announced.

Last time it was around 3pm UTC, but I'll announce on #theforeman-dev
(IRC) when I start. Jobs are paused and will resume when it's back.

I've upgraded it to 1.625.3 this morning.
