Just discovered info on the new ENC script isn't in the release notes. (or in packages.)

I really feel it's a big improvement over the old example, so think
it's worth calling out. (It imports facts, so we don't need
storeconfigs for that any more!!)

Also it wasn't in the Debian packages. (Gregg is fixing). Jason,
should probably double check the RPMs to make sure we are shipping it.
(At least as an example.)
