[Katello 2.1] New Domain Error - "Has already been taken"

Hi guys,

I'm trying to register a new domain (Menu Infrastructure >> Domains >> New
Domain) and I got the message "Has already been taken"

The domain I want to register is the same of my Katello Server domain name.

I got the same message on my lab configuration with an example.com domain.

My versions:
OS: RHEL 7.0
Katello 2.1
Foreman 1.7.2

/var/log/foreman/production.log after new domain submit:

After assigning katello server to the organization I can see the domain
name.

on host listing page click a checkbox next to host. A new select box will
appear in right upper corner, select action "Assign organization"
