Katello 2.3.1 is officially released and includes a number of bug fixes, among
them:
- Isolated capsule/reverse proxy doesn't work when using custom certificates
- A fix for Apache error 'unable to get certificate CRL'
- Make /pulp/isos accessible via http
- Re-introduce kt_env parameter in ENC
