Katello 2.3.1 is now available

Katello 2.3.1 is officially released and includes a number of bug fixes, among
them:

  • Isolated capsule/reverse proxy doesn't work when using custom certificates
  • A fix for Apache error 'unable to get certificate CRL'
  • Make /pulp/isos accessible via http
  • Re-introduce kt_env parameter in ENC
