It's that time again. Foreman 1.9-stable branching was last Friday, so
we'll be trying to keep the releases in sync with Foreman again.
I'll branch for Katello 2.3 at the end of the day (EST) on Monday, July
6. Do try to get your 2.3 PR's reviewed + merged before then.
