[Katello 2.4] Should client's redhat.repo be automatically updated when given a new subscription?

If I assign a new repo (subscription) to a client (CentOS6 in this case),
the client only knows about the change if I run 'subscription-manager repo'
(on the client). Is that right?

If attaching through the UI then a sub man refresh is needed. If from
subman directly, repo file should update automatically.
