When I type "yum install foreman-release-scl" it only installs
rhscl-ruby193-epel-7-x86_64.repo, it doesn't install v8314 repo this leads
to the following errors when I try to run 'yum install katello'
–> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: tfm-runtime-1.1-1.el7.x86_64 (foreman)
Requires: v8314-runtime
The foreman-release-scl package will install rhscl-v8314-epel-7-x86_64,
which includes a config file for a repo providing this. Run "yum
repolist" and ensure the v8314 repo is listed with a package count. If
you have a proxy etc you may need to configure it.
