Katello 3.6.0 RC1 Available for Testing

With Foreman 1.17 RC1, Katello 3.6 RC1 is now available for testing.

Please help by testing and filing any issues that you find so that we may
address them before the final release.

## Warning

A disclaimer, we are aware of a bug in 3.6 where you cannot delete an organization that has a host. Before deleting an organization manually delete any host attached to that organization. [Issue on Redmine](http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/23262)

Performance improvements across the board have brought up to a 50% improvement in Content View Publishes, 95% improvement in Promotions, and a 95% improvement in Composite Content View publishes.
