This release includes a number of bug fixes including issues with syncing content to capsules that are still supporting pulp2 content. For details of all the changes please see the Changelog .

IMPORTANT: if you are upgrading from a version prior to 4.0 you must migrate content from Pulp 2 to Pulp 3 - see the 3.18 manual - “Pulp 3 Migration” for details on these steps.
