Katello 4.3.1 missing from official Foreman yum repo?

According to this release announcement Katello 4.3.1 is now released

But when I go to the official repo I do not see a 4.3.1 RPM available?

Am I missing something?
Expected outcome:
4.3.1 should be available in the repo

We upgraded today to 4.3.1. They are available. BTW, the package visibility issue is solved. Thanks.
