Katello and security updates for registered servers

Good morning all,

We are testing out Katello with our CentOS 6.x servers to provide Yum
repositories. For RedHat we are still using custom repositories, mirrors
of RH and EPEL, On all of our servers we run a script which checks for
security updates (yum --secuirty check-update) and sends report if there
are any. We seem to be finding that we're getting good notifications for
our RH servers but not for the CentOS servers using the Katello provided
REPOs (and we're publishing updated 'Content Views' and promoting them on a
daily basis).

It's as if there's no Errata information for security, bugfix or
enhancements. We do get all the updated packages by just running 'yum
update'

Any pointers/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some of the version information for our Katello installation:
foreman-1.3.0
katello-1.4.15
katello-all-1.4.15
katello-candlepin-cert-key-pair-1.0
katello-certs-tools-1.4.4
katello-common-1.4.15
katello-configure-1.4.9
katello-configure-foreman-1.4.9
katello-configure-foreman-proxy-1.4.9
katello-foreman-all-1.4.15
katello-glue-candlepin-1.4.15
katello-glue-elasticsearch-1.4.15
katello-glue-pulp-1.4.15
katello-qpid-broker-key-pair-1.0
katello-qpid-client-key-pair-1.0
katello-selinux-1.4.5
pulp-katello-plugins-0.2
pulp-nodes-common-2.3.1
pulp-nodes-parent-2.3.1
pulp-puppet-plugins-2.3.1
pulp-rpm-plugins-2.3.1
pulp-server-2.3.1
signo-katello-0.0.22

Addition:

The katello-agent is installed and goferd is running and communicating with
the katello server.

The Errata list in the UI is just empty.

rhsmcertd is also running and updates redhat.repo

Thanks,
Jim
