Katello as a (real) Plugin RFCs

All,

Based on some past work, community discussions and some meetings last week,
we've put together a series of RFCs that fall under the larger umbrella of
converging Katello to be like other plugins as much as possible. Given that
each topic is big enough to constitute an RFC we split them out with the
hopes that this will help devs and users also contribute to discussions of
interest to them. The list is as follows:

Input would be greatly appreciated (even if its simply a +1 to approve the
ideas) as this will lead to big changes in some areas.

I think this will be great improvement, we have opportunity also to fix
some wording. With the unified installer, we are almost there.

We now only need to break Katello into several smaller plugins and then
celebrate :slight_smile:
