I wonder, would we be able to somehow have plugins without a specific version and just use what is provided by core? Or maybe just a minimum version? Otherwise we’ll need to bump all plugins when changing core.
Should fix the issue:
Only when updating the major part of the version and mark it as a version with breaking-changes.
In this case, when we have breaking changes, plugins will need to update their code anyway.
Wouldn’t you prefer to know when an update has breaking-chnages?
I guess that does make sense. We’ll need to also update the katello rpm spec to match the change.
