The install failure is related to --tuning hook changes:

Locally I can’t reproduce this. Going to kick off another run to see if it was just an intermediate failure.
Ah, I missed that this was on the proxy, not on the main server. The problem is that we removed tuning from that scenario since it wasn’t really exposed there. It appears we missed the edge case where it did do MongoDB tuning.
