Katello nightly pipeline failed:

This appears to be the common problem where the content proxy can’t sync from the server.
Error: RPM1004: Error retrieving metadata: Error 'Proxy Error' for https://pipeline-up-katello-nightly-centos7.n59.example.com/pulp/repos/Test_Organization/Library/Composite/custom/Test_Product/rpm-deps/repodata/c0cace4d6bd977ad29096c46467682b30b7ef65aff60fe7f7238096f9003d898-updateinfo.xml.gz.
I know @Justin_Sherrill has looked into these, but had a hard time reproducing.
