Upgrade fails with:

    Transaction check error:
      file /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-foreman from install of foreman-release-1.21.0-1.el7.noarch conflicts with file from package foreman-client-release-1.20.2-1.el7.noarch

Install fails because I was thinking in Python syntax that happens to work in modern rubies.
