Latest preseed_networking_setup template snippet does not work Ubuntu 18.04+ with multiple nics

Hi,

Looks like there is a bug in https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/blob/develop/app/views/unattended/provisioning_templates/snippet/preseed_networking_setup.erb that breaks the installation when multiple nics are configured.

This looks like a bug indeed that was introduced by Bug #30748: Foreman doesn't support Netplan on Ubuntu - Foreman - can you please open a new issue on redmine with the error message and mark it as related to that one?
