can’t find information about locations mismatch

Foreman and Proxy versions:
3.12

Distribution and version:
centos stream 8

Hi,
i have mismatch in the location management which seem to list several of the nested location in organization.
what is the meaning of this mismatch?
what is the outcome of using “fix all mismatch”?

also there are mismatch prompt when trying to relocate host to another location, what actually happen when i instruct it to fix the mismatch?
