Luna nightly pipeline failed:

Looks like the centos ci polling on the upgrade test ended before the test actually did - it is currently set up to poll 360 times every 20 seconds, which is 2 hours.
the test itself did fail btw, with the same transient organization deletion bats failure, but it isn’t obvious from this. (and it would have been marked as failed even if it passed because of the timeout)
This should fix the polling timeout issue:
