Is it possible to manage Windows Laptops using Puppet Agents for Foreman?
If possible then can someone please share the required steps. I am new to this tool and helping small company setup the endpoint management.
Hi there, welcome. It is possible.
if you dont have foreman/puppet experience, I suggest starting reading the manual, setting a basic foreman and enrolling a linux system first, to play around and understand the technology maybe. Windows works well with foreman if you are using puppet.
For the laptops itself the best would be to have a foreman and a foreman proxy in a DMZ, where the systems connect from the outside without the need of a VPN.
