Should there be 2 customary running tasks, “Monitor Event Queue” and “Listen on candlepin events” executing?
katello-3.14.0-4.el7.noarch
foreman-1.24.0-15.el7.noarch

I noted that after updating to the latest version of Katello (along with the required Foreman updates,) that the above 2 tasks are no longer customarily running as they were in previous version. This is consistent on 2 separate systems in completely different environments, as well as in a clean install. Reboots, restarting the foreman-tasks subsystem, and restarting httpd have not brought the tasks back up.
Should these 2 tasks be running, or not?
