My Smartproxy gets out of sync

Hi,

I think there is just a dead or missing deamon.

My Smartyproxy with salt-api (and all minions) gets out of sync with its
reports. When I do a run-salt on a minion or directly on my smartproxy
(which is also a minion) , it go "in sync".

foreman-tasks is running.

Have anyone a hint what I can check?

I thought this runs automatically.

Have added a new cron to my smartyproxy

/15 * * * * root (salt '' -b 1000 state.highstate && sleep 60 &&
/usr/sbin/upload-salt-reports) >> /var/log/foreman-proxy/salt-cron.log 2>&1
