Luk� Zapletal shows his recent work in constructing images based on
oVirt Node for use with Foreman Discovery. This includes a new oVirt
Node plugin to provide the Foreman services on the final discovery image.
This expands on the introduction Lukas gave in the Foreman Sprint Demo 16.
