New discovery image fails

Hi All,

Since upgrading the discovery plugin and rebuilding the image with the
foreman-rake command, it is failing to boot saying it is unable to mount
the root partition.

I was able to get a working image created, by moving back to the
ruby193-rake instead of the foreman-rake. I am leaning towards a sudo
issue with the foreman user.
